A T0 form is used to enter details of proposed major projects. It allows comparison with subsequent road opening applications with a conflict generated when road names match.

A T0 form is generated as follows:

Enter project start date, end date and work description as accurately as possible.

The applicant is issued with a unique T0 reference code SDCC-T0/2006-APR/24.

Select the Add Road Button and enter project details.

Once the T0 project is complete click the T0 project completed button.
