A contractor signals the completion of a T2 project with the submittal of a T5 form. Every T2 has an associated T5.

STEP 1... SUBMITTAL OF T5 FORM

Enter as-constructed details.

Select the SAVE AS DRAFT button to save the application.

The applicant is issued with a unique T5 reference code ALREAD-T5/2006-MAY/26.

A final pre-guarantee inspection verifies as-constructed entries and reinstatement quality.

STEP 2... INSTIGATION OF GUARANTEE PERIOD

Once satisfied, the inspector notes acceptance. The applicant pays the long term damage charge and the guarantee period commences.

During the guarantee period, further inspections occur with the applicant making good any damage to prior reinstatement. Each failure causes the full guarantee period to recommence.
