An application's electronic diary constitutes a one stop shop for the storage and exchange of textual information for each specific project.

A new diary entry is created as follows:

Buttons are only available to users with inspector status and are used to statistically evaluate contractor performance long term.

The recipients for this diary entry are now selected.

This entry is externally emailed and lodged into the recipient's ROADMAP message inbox by selection of the UPDATE button.

Note that the radio buttons available for selection are a function of the application type.
