Following a successful application, a works license with associated conditions is issued. This project is also placed into the inspector's T2 or T3 in-progress roadworks list.

This listing can be viewed as follows:

The status of each project is colour coded. For example, the colour of an ongoing project is green with a finished project requiring an inspection colour coded red.

The following illustrates main listing selection:

The inspector records evidence of a site visit as follows:

Project conditions requiring enforcement can be viewed using the VIEW CONDITIONS button.

Selection of the electronic diary tab provides access to the diary where site notes can be entered.

Quality Of Work indicators are only available to users with inspector status and are used to statistically evaluate contractor performance long term.

Multimedia, for example, video, photographs, scanned documents can be attached to each project and be viewed as follows:

An inspector is also empowered to levy a rollover charge for project overruns and to revise project start and end dates when required.

A contractor signal the completion of a T2 project with the submittal of a T5 form. An in-progress listing of T5 type projects can be viewed as follows:

Once again, the status of each T5 project is colour coded. For example, a grey colour indicates that a pre-guarantee inspection is due with the colour pink indicating that no inspection has taken place from the time the guarantee period was reduced to one year.

The inspector provides a final pre-guarantee inspection verifying the contractor's figures and reinstatement quality.

Once satisfied, the inspector notes acceptance. The applicant pays the long term damage charge and the guarantee period commences.

During the guarantee period, furthers inspections occur with the applicant making good any damage to prior reinstatement. Each failure causes the full guarantee period to recommence.
