A works moratorium can be placed on any road or footpath for a defined time period. It can only be removed by the originator. T2 or T3 type applications which breach moratorium constraints are rejected.

A moratorium is generated as follows:

The moratorium is created by selection of the UPDATE RECORD button.

This application is rejected when the applicant selects the INSERT RECORD button as the project dates are within the moratorium time constraints set for this road.
