It is common to hear the complaint why is a particular road being opened again when it was only filled in some weeks past? This problem is tackled in three steps.

STEP 1... GENERATION OF T0 APPLICATION FOR FUTURE PROJECT

STEP 2... CONFLICT ASSESSMENT

All new applications for proposed major works are compared to T0 entries.

A potential conflict is triggered on this T2 submittal which can be viewed by selection of the T2 CONFLICTS button.

STEP 3... RECONCILIATION

Reconciliation is required between both parties involved subject to the satisfaction of the Council. Note that the applicant who generated the conflict is deemed the offending party and thus the one who must initiate this process.
